You will arrive at XNA (Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport) on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 between noon and 6pm. If you have not done so already, please fill out your Travel Information form.
Someone from the University of Arkansas will be at the airport to meet you and bring you to the convention hotel. If your flight is delayed or canceled, or if you change your travel plans, please let us know as quickly as possible by calling or texting Bethany Peevy at 479-841-4340. This will ensure that we can arrange transportation from the airport. We will also drive you to the airport for your departure flight.

You will depart from XNA on Sunday, August 18 between morning and early afternoon. You will be checking out of the hotel on August 18. Please complete your Travel Information form if you have not already so that we may help with your departure. Shuttles will depart from the hotel and take you directly to the airport throughout the morning and early afternoon on Sunday. The shuttle departure schedule will be based upon the Departure Information you submit to us in the Travel Information form.
